Skirting Leadership or stepping up?

The issue of women in leadership is complex. It is influenced by many factors which are being addressed through popular ‘women in leadership’ programmes and unconscious bias training. There is an area, though, that has not been addressed or at least not addressed at the right level:  the self-esteem and mindsets of the women themselves. A key factor that definitely stands in the way of women stepping up to the business ownership or leadership opportunities they can definitely fulfill is the Imposter Syndrome and the limitations it leads to. The keynote and masterclass create a level of awareness around self-esteem, its impact on confidence and provides steps to move for- ward to diminish the impact of the syndrome on career aspirations and achievements.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]


Skirting Leadership or open to possibilities?

Once awareness has been established, the audience can opt to participate in the workshop if they experience the Imposter Syndrome and are ready to deal with it.
The two-day workshop helps participants move into a more resourceful space, identify and remove self-imposed barriers, develop an understanding and experience of personal au- thenticity, recognise their gifts, talents and skills, understand how they want to make their contribution in business, how they can support their aspirations through increased aware- ness, acceptance and resilience.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

The impact of Training, no matter how powerful, is diminished over time. And participants generally find it challenging to contextualise their learnings back into their work environ- ment.They are often too close to understand the patterns of situations that recur, responses they experience or induce in others.
